General Provisions

These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between qq33 and any user of this platform. By accessing the qq33 website or app, or by opening an account, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

Account Management

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Accepted payment methods on qq33: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other scheduled banks). Minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method).

• Only payment methods registered in your name may be used
• Deposits via third parties are prohibited
• All deposit amounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳)
• Deposit amounts should be reflected in your account immediately; contact support if there is a delay

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals are only made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals
• Withdrawals may be restricted until active bonus wagering requirements are met
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if unusual activity is suspected

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

qq33 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, for a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Wagering must be completed within a specified period; the bonus may be cancelled after the period expires
• Some games may contribute differently to wagering calculations
• A bonus can be claimed only once
• After a bonus is claimed, deposited funds and bonus funds are tracked separately

5.3 Other Promotional Offers

From time to time, qq33 provides various promotional offers and cashback benefits. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be stated in the offer description. Where there is a conflict with the general terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail.

5.4 VIP Program

qq33's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can advance to higher levels based on regular play, and each level comes with weekly cashback benefits. qq33 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Gaming Fairness

All game outcomes on qq33 are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair play. No manipulation is possible in slots, table games, or live casino games.

6.2 Technical Errors

Any winnings resulting from a technical error will be considered void. If a round is left incomplete due to a system error, disconnection, or software issue, the bet amount for that round will be refunded.

6.3 Sports Betting

Odds in sports betting may change over time. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded, though specific rules may vary by sport.

6.4 Maximum Win Limit

Prohibited Activities
